The Event will take place @CENTENNIAL PK - Historic Ybor City, Tampa, FL  ​PARKING: - Area City Street and parking lots.  Pay per hour or for the day. 

Vendor/Exhibitors MUST DROP OFF THEN GO AND PARK:  Please come only at your assigned time.

Please note, you must drop off your stuff on the sidewalk drop off area, then go to park your car. 
You must not leave your car double parked in the street while you look for your spot.  Please have someone unload your set up stuff and go and set up, while you find your parking space.

ALL VENDOR & EXHIBITOR TENTS REQUIRE TENT WEIGHTS!  If you do not have TENT Weights please notify your event contact to arrange to ORDER weights in advance ONLY.  LIMITED Tent Weights are available for rent at this event.  35 Lbs on each leg are required. per the City of Tampa and Kissimmee. Its cheaper for you to buy them as you are going to need them for most public events.  Available via walmart.com or Amazon.com.

Food Vendors: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (YOU Need to have Tent Weights for your tent)
Drink Vendors: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM (YOU Need to have Tent Weights for your tent)
Business & Cultural Vendors: 10:00 – 11:20 AM (YOU Need to have Tent Weights for your tent)

All Vendors must be set up by: 11:20 AM
​The Festival will be open to the public: 12 NOON  ​
​The Festival will end: 6:00 PM
